Finding Emily Sets UK Release Date

Focus Features, Universal Pictures International (UPI) and Working Title announced today that FINDING EMILY will release in UK theaters on May 22, 2026. Focus has worldwide rights on the movie and UPI will handle international distribution for the studio.

MacDonald’s directorial debut is produced by Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner for Working Title and Olivier Kaempfer for Parkville Pictures. The film is written by Rachel Hirons (A Guide to Second Date Sex; Powder Room; Kiss Me First).

Focus Features’ upcoming slate includes auteur-driven works like Chloé Zhao’s Hamnet, based the New York Times bestselling novel, starring Paul Mescal and Jessie Buckley; Yorgos Lanthimos’ Bugonia, starring Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons; Ronan Day-Lewis’ directorial debut Anemone, starring and co-written by Daniel Day-Lewis; and Song Sung Blue, starring Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson.
