Marisa Polvino has collaborated with The Door in the Floor producer Michael Corrente on all of his features as director, dating back to his debut film Federal Hill.
As head of production for Mr. Corrente’s Eagle Beach Productions, she production-managed American Buffalo; co-produced A Shot at Glory, starring Robert Duvall, Michael Keaton, and Brian Cox; and, in collaboration with Peter and Bobby Farrelly, co-produced Outside Providence, starring Alec Baldwin. She also co-produced the independent feature Into My Heart, written and directed by Sean Smith and Anthony Stark, and starring Rob Morrow and Claire Forlani.
Ms. Polvino now heads production for Revere Pictures, the independent film production and development company that Mr. Corrente co-founded with Roger Marino. The company’s slate of upcoming releases includes Mike Hodges’ I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead, starring Clive Owen, Malcolm McDowell, and Charlotte Rampling; and John Schultz’ When Zachary Beaver Came to Town, starring Jonathan Lipnicki, Eric Stoltz, and Jane Krakowski. Ms. Polvino is currently overseeing the development of Revere’s next slate of pictures.
