The Golden Globes were announced this morning, with three different Focus Films garnering nominations. For Milk, Sean Penn was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama. And In Bruges and Burn After Reading will go toe to toe for Best Motion Picture – Comedy or Musical. Two actors from In Bruges, Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson, are up for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Comedy or Musical, and Frances McDormand is up for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Comedy or Musical for her performance in Burn After Reading.
