This one's good when you're plenty stressed out – when you don't know how to stop your brain, how to turn off the questions. I sent it to Mélanie Laurent after we got done doing a bunch of press in NYC. Sometimes you can talk so repeatedly about yourself, your ideas, and all these people you love so much that you almost feel like you're lying - just ‘cause you've discussed the same thing so many times! I find the only antidote to this high dose of abstraction is sheer physical contact and presence – with the present moment, with the room you're in, where you live, and with some loved one! Or, if you can't do any of that - and Lord knows how often I can't shake all those shaky thoughts - at least let yourself be hypnotized by little silly (or serious?) videos.
