Not all seafood is created environmentally equal. The Blue Ocean Institute created a Seafood Guide to inform consumers on the environmental impact fishing has on certain species. Yellowfin Tuna, wild clams, and mahimahi received the highest rating while imported shrimp, farmed salmon, and Chilean sea bass ranked the lowest.
