Once again the North Pole is a hotbed of political conflict and backstabbing scheming as Jack Frost (Martin Short) attempts to usurp Santa (Tim Allen). In the second sequel of this sturdy Christmas franchise, Frost not only wants to turn the season in Frostmas, but to convert the North Pole into a fancy theme park.
