He is an executive producer and series regular, opposite Larry David, on the television series Curb Your Enthusiasm. With his fellow actors from the show, he has twice been nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award. With his fellow producers from the show, he has won two Producers Guild of America Awards as well as a Golden Globe Award; and has been nominated for six Emmy Awards.

Prior to ParaNorman, Mr. Garlin’s voiceover work included roles in two of the most popular animated movies of recent years, Andrew Stanton’s WALL-E and Lee Unkrich’s Toy Story 3, both of which won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature. Among his on-screen appearances in features are ones in Steven Soderbergh’s Full Frontal and Colin Trevorrow’s Safety Not Guaranteed.

He wrote, directed, and starred in the feature films I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With and Dealing with Idiots, the latter of which is in post-production. His book Curbing It was recently published.

Mr. Garlin is a happy, busy, and lucky guy. He has a wife and two sons.  He enjoys napping.
